Case Study 1

A financial services client requested that we interview an exceptional internal contractor as part of a senior permanent recruitment exercise. The internal candidate went through the same external process and feedback, in order to compare them with our external candidates. Based on our recommendation, the client appointed the internal contractor.

Case Study 2

An Operations Director required JDG to review the significant recruitment challenges facing their contact centre which were critical to the business. We conducted a detailed review of the whole recruitment process in consultation with key stakeholders and presented a range of solutions to improve the speed of process and engagement with candidates, delivering better outcomes for the business.
